Terms & Conditions

Effective: January 2025 · Vishvarupa Creations, Anantapur, India

1. Booking & Advance Payment

A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm any booking. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot before work begins. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the shoot: full advance refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the shoot: 50% of advance refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot: advance is forfeited.
• Reschedules are allowed once, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours notice.

3. Deliverables

Deliverables include edited reels as specified in the chosen package. RAW footage is not included in any Turbo Cut package. Delivery timelines are same-day for Turbo Cut packages and within 24 hours for Turbo Cut Deluxe packages.

4. Travel & Location

Travel charges beyond 30 km from Anantapur city centre are borne by the client and will be communicated before booking confirmation. Outstation shoots require additional logistics charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All edited reels will carry the Vishvarupa Creations logo/watermark. Vishvarupa Creations retains the right to use delivered content for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a written agreement stating otherwise is signed at the time of booking.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure appropriate permissions for all shoot locations.
• Song requests are subject to copyright availability. Vishvarupa is not liable for content claims arising from client-requested music.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions from event venues.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, phone number, and email address solely to manage your booking and communicate about your shoot. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process your payment through Razorpay. Your data is stored securely and you may request deletion at any time by contacting us at vishvarupacreationsdigitstud@gmail.com.

8. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store card details. For queries, contact us at +91 93927 80457.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
